– Thursday afternoon: opening circle, acro games & jam
– Friday: 1 morning workshop, 1 afternoon workshop
– Saturday: 1 morning workshop, 1 afternoon workshop
– Sunday: goodbye workshop before noon

About acro workshops

With a maximum of 16 participants, we aim to create classes with intimate setting that allows for personalized attention and community feeling.

We encourage registration in pairs if possible. If you want to register alone, please write us a message we’ll place you on a waiting list and make every effort to find a suitable training partner for you.

Workshops will take place in a park near Playa del Duque, in case of bad weather we’ll provide an indoor place.

This event is suitable for experienced beginner to intermediate practitioners. For prerequisites watch this video (to join this intensive, you should know 90% of all the elements in it).
