2022 vs 2024 😍We love how we can see so much progress in the second video. Yeah, the moves are the same, but the execution, stability, speed, trust and fluidity are so much better in the second one. People often ask us how can we do acro so smoothly and the answer is we have probably done a few hundred (or thousand) repetitions of the same thing. And most of our practice is just repeating and refining the tricks that we already know. 💪🏻We were thinking that maybe we should share more about our practice?
